Something wrong with a print?
Prints are made to order, so a damaged one is reprinted and sent straight out again — you never have to post anything back. If it simply is not right for you, the print is refunded instead.
All you need is the order reference from your confirmation (it looks like HP-1042) and the email you used at checkout.
Originals and commissioned portraits are one-off works and are handled personally.
